  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct site inspections to ensure all works comply with project specifications, schedules, and budgetary requirements.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of civil and structural works through timely and accurate updates in Progress Reports.
  • Support the commissioning phase by coordinating structural engineering activities and ensuring readiness for handover.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of inspection forms, including follow-up actions as required by the Resident Engineer (RE).
  • Liaise effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve site-related issues promptly.
  • Ensure all construction activities adhere to quality assurance procedures and meet established standards of workmanship.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in structural site supervision or construction project coordination is an advantage.
