Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for factory capacity planning analysis to identify performance

    requirements and/or future capital needs.
  • Establish capacity expansion plans for optimum cost/benefit for the factory.
  • Establish and maintain capital equipment plans – control and monitor capital

    equipment budget. Work closely with finance and factory management on

    capital planning and capital status.
  • Ramp management and drive Factory team for timely equipment installation

    and release for production to meet operation needs.
  • Prepare capacity swap rate analysis for short-term factory loading needs.
  • Plan and drive overall tool productivity improvement plans
  • Responsible for continuous improvements in capacity modelling capabilities.
  • Learn from mother fabs and work with IT department to build deterministic

    capacity models and tools performance monitoring system for the factory.
  • Develop and implement IE work processes through process automation and

    simplification.
  • Conduct and implement Cross Fab best practices through benchmarking

    across Fabs.
  • Tool-to-tool performance matching analysis to improve overall equipment

    output.
  • Work with Operation/Integration team for New Product/Technology transfer

    capacity analysis

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Masters in Industrial Engineering
  • Preferred Semiconductor manufacturing experience with min 3 year focuses in

    Industrial Engineering.
  • High proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Strong in application software (Power BI)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work with cross-function team members
  • Proactive, good communication skill and have the ability to multi-task
