Job Description

  • Position Title: Inside Sales Executive
  • Working Location: Geylang
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday), 8.30am - 6pm
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + VB
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and process orders from walk-in customers, as well as orders received by email and phone.
  • Provide prompt and accurate service to all customers.
  • Develop and acquire new customers using provided leads or by generating your own.
  • Identify and reach out to new customers to expand the client base.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to gather feedback.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers for feedback and service improvement.
  • Follow up with customers after job completion to collect outstanding payments.
  • Monitor job progress and assist with payment collection once jobs are completed.
  • Perform other sales-related duties and support the sales team with additional tasks as needed.
