Duties and Responsibilities:


• Provide centre supervisors with leadership to ensure smooth operations at the centres.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and ISO.

• Ensure that all legislative requirements are met.

• Organise inter-centre HQ level events and activities when necessary.

• Build strong relationships with principals of school-based Student Care Centres.

• Act as centre supervisor when necessary.

• Review parental feedback, investigate the problem and initiate action to rectify problems.

• Coordinate marketing of centres and their programmes.

• Responsible for strategic planning for Student Care Centre business.

• Review and evaluate the potential of new SCC in specific location or school.

• Review centres' financial budgets.

Job Requirements:


• Minimum diploma in a relevant discipline.

• At least 5 years' experience in similar capacity, preferably in a student care/tutoring environment.

• Passionate and able to work with young children between 7-12 years old.

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• PC literate
