Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning, structuring, coordination & execution of transactions/deals

  • Research and advise on relevant laws and regulatory requirements
  • Draft, review and negotiate all relevant documents for the execution of deals and transactions

  • Manage external lawyers and other professionals

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university
  • NQ to 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong transactional, regulatory and project management experience will be advantageous
