DESIGNATION : Intern, Data Analytics

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure data quality and integrity.

  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

  • Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and ETL processes.

  • Create interactive dashboards and visualisation reports using AWS QuickSight or Power BI.

  • Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business decision-making.

  • Generate regular performance reports and KPI tracking for stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with business teams to define metrics and measurement frameworks.

  • Document data definitions, business rules, and analytical methodologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • The candidate should be pursuing a degree in: Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
  • Preferred specialisation in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Applied Statistics.
  • Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Have proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
  • Be familiar with at least one programming language (Python, R, or similar)
  • Have hands-on experience with data visualisation tools (AWS QuickSight, Power BI)
  • Understand statistical concepts and data analysis techniques
  • Demonstrate experience with Excel advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
  • Show ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
