Job Overview We are seeking an intern who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to take on challenges in a fastpaced startup environment. You will be given real responsibilities, ownership of tasks, and the opportunity to contribute directly to company initiatives. Responsibilities  Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analysing operational data from our vending machine network. Build dashboards and visual reports to track machine performance, product sales, stock levels, and customer behaviour. Support data modelling and forecasting to help predict demand, optimise product placement, and improve replenishment cycles. Identify trends, gaps, and anomalies in data to support decision-making across Operations, Sales, and Management teams. Conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategic initiatives. Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations. Work with cross-functional teams to improve data workflows and reporting accuracy. Support ad-hoc data projects, experiments, and pilot programs as needed. Minimum Requirements Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields. Mandarin speaking to liaison with Chinese counterparts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.  Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio) is a strong advantage.  Ability to interpret data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.  Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.  Willingness to take ownership of tasks and contribute actively to team goals.  Strong communication skills and a positive learning attitude.
