To cope with our increasing business activities and new initiatives, Income Team (Singapore) Pte. Ltd (Member of Tesco Dental Group) is inviting high caliber candidates to join our team.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Bio-medical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in experience in handling of dental equipment or healthcare related industry is an advantage.
  • Preferably with the knowledge of Dental digital imaging, CBCT, Dental treatment units or related products.
  • Knowledge in PC knowledge and programming. Networking experience is a plus.
  • Experience in supervising a service team would be an advantage.
  • Highly independent and strong self-motivation to work under tight schedule with minimal supervision.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Only Singapore Citizen and Permanent Resident need to apply

Job description:

  • Responsible for planning and installation, repair and maintenance service (PPM) of dental equipment.
  • Provide on-site support with the ability to troubleshoot and providing solutions to any other ad-hoc issues arises.
  • PPM schedule management, breakdown respond management, work orders management, technical communications & reports, and spare parts quotations & inventory management.
  • Working closely with Sales Team in providing technical support and handling of technical enquiries/challenges professionally with our existing clients.
