Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for technical and administrative support activities such as installation, testing, commissioning, repair, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance etc.
  • Will be trained in Nihon Koden's product line and will be the POC for Neurology (EEG, EMG, MEB) products.
  • Support local customers on service, issues and projects.
  • Ensure proper records are maintained.
  • Provide and maintain excellent customer service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
  • Provide training and presentation to customers and distributors on equipment operation and maintenance responsibilities.
  • Responsible for providing timely, professional and accurate information to customer's technical service enquiries at all times.
  • Analyze and provide advice for customers' existing equipment status and recommended replacement schedules.
  • Drive growth in service business and contract sales.
  • Liaise and collaborate with sales/products team to fulfill customer requirements on projects.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma in engineering or equivalent.
  • Basic Knowledge on Computer/IT such as networking basics, Windows server administration, active directory.
  • Preferably with experience of working in the related field, training will be provided for junior engineer.
  • Self-starter, excellent time management skills, able to work with limited supervision.
  • Can work efficiently even when under pressure and able to multi-task
  • Possess good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to perform occasional standby duty after working hours and weekend.
  • Willing to learn and customer oriented.
