The Role

We're looking for a proven services marketing executive to drive Kyndryl's growth across Kyndryl's Asia Pacific region within our Strategic Markets Group [SMGA]. In this position, you will:
  • Partner with the Kyndryl SMGA as a strategic advisor and brand ambassador, acts as the voice of the market to the region,
  • Comfortable with delivering on a pipeline and signings target and able to build c-level relationships with both new logo/whitespace accounts and within our install base. 
  •  Build and activate a strategic plan which both amplifies Kyndryl's brand awareness and creates new business opportunities via our ABM program.
  • Serve as a recognized thought leader across the Strategic Markets technology services sector, leveraging your industry network via peer-to-peer relationships with our customers, alliance partners and beyond.
  • Collaborate with our global marketing team, sales, and alliance partners to develop and execute market-relevant programs
  • Leader with a growth mindset with proven ability to build a high-performance team across a complex multi-market, multi-cultural environment across specific markets in Asia.

  • 15-20 years of experience in a senior marketing role and or sales role within the technology services industry, ideally having served as a Chief Marketing Officer
  • Proven business acumen, with a deep understanding of the services business.
  • Strong external presence and established professional network in one of our SMGA countries.Active in relevant national associations. Notable Linked In presence.
  • Proven ability to lead teams with outstanding employee engagement scores
  • Experience applying AI in a marketing context, such as using generative AI for content creation, campaign optimization, or performance analytics, is highly valued.
  • You are curious about emerging technologies and comfortable leading teams through change and experimentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (English+)
  • Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Professional and entrepreneurial work ethic, with experience in matrix organizations
  • Strong understanding of market research and technology trends
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Previous marketing experience for consulting services Understanding of account-based marketing approaches
  • Knowledge of and ability to work with many differing cultures across the SMGA landscape.
