Our client, a leading financial institution is looking to hire experienced IAM specialist with a strong background in securing enterprise systems within regulated financial environments. Skilled in implementing role-based access controls, managing privileged identities, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external standards

Job Responsibilities

  • Senior IAM Specialist
  • Manage End User IDs Mover and Leaver process
  • Manage End user access and permissions and how they are identified and the roles they are then assigned.
  • Ensure systems, applications, information, and other areas protected by IAM.
  • Ensure the correct levels of protection and access for sensitive data, systems, information, and locations (Department levels) are permissioned.
  • Add, remove and amending a role's access rights in the IAM system.
  • Identify and resolve gaps in the business processes which may include security/authorization set-up, user documentation.
  • Gather and understand divisional and site business requirements for IAM (Identity and Access Management) services.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science with min. 5 years' experience working in Information Security related areas
  • In-depth knowledge of access management principles, including identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, and attribute-based access control
  • Knowledgeable of common frameworks in the IAM environment
  • Sound knowledge of process and procedures of Applications and Service access
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to explain confidently and clearly to stakeholders' aspects of controls and security
  • Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
  • Good attention to details
