Learn and perform well -defined procedures within a GMP manufacturing settingPerform equipment monitoring & and basic 6S housekeepingPerform basic laboratory tasks (e.g. sampling, pH / conductivity / osmolality measurements etc.)Perform routine sanitization tasks to maintain facility standardsTrained & signed off on Performance Measures (PMs) relating to CIP/ SIP/ basic tank & instrument operationsDemonstrate aseptic technique in the handling of product / materialsPerform basic process & equipment troubleshootingMulti -task on equipment preparations & operations to ensure adherence to scheduleDisplay basic process & equipment troubleshooting ability under routine scenarios.Use Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), logbooks & Batch Records (BRs) to perform operationSubmit samples via Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)Work duration: 8 months Work hour: 12 hours rotating shift in a pattern. Day/night shift rotation is every 2 months.Transport: Preferably with own transportRemarks: Able to perform manual labor work to push 1000L pallet tank with a pair of 2 or 3 members, or charge raw material powder (12kg per bag) to the vessel. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or Process engineering.1 -2 years experience in Biotech Industry or any related experienceCompetent in analyzing complex situations and show practical problem -solving capabilities.Ability to work independently and within a cross -functional team.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external teams.
