Your key roles & responsibilities include:Support the Team as a Subject Matter Expert in the management of Remittance related IT Projects Involve in Project Management which includes resolving User/ System issues, managing vendors, resources and Project SchedulesFacilitate in system function and workflow designGather User and Business requirements and perform gap analysisEstablish and introduce new work procedures and/ or workarounds Provide training to local and overseas usersProvide support in User Acceptance TestingConduct study to analyze system effectivenessLiaise with End Users, Vendors and Head Office in migration and other project tasksAssist in the preparation of System and Operation manualsPrepare reports to Management and Head Office if requiredWhat you should have:At least 3 years of Back-Office in Remittance areaPrior experiences in the implementation of Package System (Finastra) will be advantageous Experience in handling the full Remittance operation process, including Inward and Outward Remittance, Drawback Remittance, Domestic RTGS, Giro, Foreign Exchange etc.Experience in collecting business requirements and standardizing workflow across different entitiesA meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, precise, and extensive requirement documentationAt least 1 year of hands-on experience in creating both BRD and FRDExperience in data mapping, data cleansing, providing migration support and data reconciliationA Bachelor's Degree preferably majoring in Science or IT Strong analytical, problem- solving and decision making skillsStrong team player preferably with experience in leading a TeamSound knowledge in Business Process Management (BPM)Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skillsWillingness to undertake travel within the APAC regionKnowledge in MS Access/ RPA Programming will be advantageous Following Academic Experience / Certificates will be advantageousIIBAEntry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA)Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA)Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)Agile Analysis Certification (AAC)PMIProfessional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)BCSFoundation Certificate in Business AnalysisDiploma of Business Analysis
