**KEY: Working Experience on Payment Systems Implementation with T24**

Unison Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a talented **Business Analyst** specializing in **Payment Systems** and **T24 Banking Software**. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing business requirements, optimizing payment processes, and ensuring effective implementation of T24 functionalities to support banking operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Requirement Elicitation**:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to payment processing and T24.
- Conduct workshops and meetings to elicit user requirements and expectations.
- **Payment Systems Analysis**:
- Evaluate and enhance existing payment processes, including integration with the T24 environment.
- Provide insights on industry best practices for payment systems and T24 integration.
- **T24 Implementation Support**:
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure T24 functionalities that meet business needs.
- Participate in testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for T24 deployments.
- **Process Optimization**:
- Identify opportunities to streamline payment workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and user manuals.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates on project milestones and deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking and financial services, with a focus on payment systems.
- Experience with T24 Banking Software is essential.
- Strong understanding of payment processes, including **SWIFT**, **RTGS**, and other payment mechanisms.
- Proficient in requirement analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
