  • Expected salary: $2,000 - $2,500 per month

Job Description:


• Responsible for scheduling collection/delivery for logistic team


• Handle weighing system processes (computerised) and ensure record are correctly captured


• Data entry, invoicing and filings


• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies


• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)


• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary


• Assist in managing road tax and insurance renewals


• Perform any other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:


• Min GCE "O" level or Diploma in any field


• At least 3 years working experience in administrative role


• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Words is a must)


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Fluent in English and Mandarin is required


• Accurate, meticulous and willing to learn


• Ability to work both independently and in a team


• Must willing to work in Tuas South area

Working Hours:


• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm (Including of 1 hour of lunch break)


• Saturday (Alternate) 8.30am to 1pm
