Campaigns You Will Represent

  • Education: WSQ training programs, masterclasses (business, TikTok marketing, cooking, urban farming, etc.)
  • Energy: Representing Senoko, offering better electricity plans to households
  • Charity: Supporting youth mental well-being initiatives (Youthline)
  • Finance: Promoting a financial mobile app (Tiger Brokers)

Job Scope

  • Engage passersby at roadshows and events across Singapore
  • Introduce and promote campaign products and services
  • Highlight benefits, answer queries, and build connections
  • Close enrolments, sign-ups, or donations depending on the campaign
  • Work closely with trainers and leaders to achieve performance targets

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time: 5–6 days a week

    Shifts:

    • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    • 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
  • Part-Time: 3–4 days a week (minimum commitment required)

    Shifts: Flexible within the above hours

Earnings & Benefits

  • Full-Time: $2,300 – $3,500 per month (base + commission)
  • Part-Time: $150 – $400 per week (based on performance and days committed)

Fast Track Promotion Bonus (F1 Promotion Program)

Duration: 18 June 2025 – 17 December 2025

  • Clear Training Program within 3 weeks: $200 bonus
  • Hit Tier 2 within 3 months: $400 bonus
  • Leadership within 3 months: $600 bonus
  • Advance to Team Leader within 6 months: $1,000 bonus
