Cashier for Spa

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cashier to join our newly opened Spa/F&B establishment located at Outram Road, Singapore. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and are adept at handling transactions accurately and efficiently, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of our team.
**Position: Cashier**
**Working Hours: Shift work - Shift 1: 11 am to 9 pm, Shift 2: 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm Working Days: 6 days per week, including weekends**
**Location: Outram/Tiong Bahru, Singapore**
**Salary Range: SGD 2000 to SGD 2800 (depending on qualifications and experience)**
**Job Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar role
- Strong numerical and math skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling transactions
- Ability to handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and familiarity with POS software
- Integrity and trustworthiness in handling cash and sensitive information
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers warmly and provide prompt and courteous service
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments in accordance with established procedures
- Ensure correct pricing and monitor inventory levels for efficient stock management
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences
- Adhere to all cash handling and security procedures
