Spa Intern

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome members and guests into the spa, and assist them with their requests.
- Spa phone duty - to take charge of responding and answering phone calls and messages
- Book in/edit members requests for spa into the online spa booking system
- General administrative and ad-hoc work to be tasked and done from desk at spa
- Responsible for opening and closing of spa
- Responsible to have walk throughs around the spa every now and then to ensure cleanliness and safety of everyone
- Scheduling of guest treatment reservation
- Responding to guests enquiries and messages
- Responsible for spa operations
- Welcoming/bidding farewell
- Upselling of treatment and services
- Product sales Cashiering Closing report

**What we are looking for**:

- At least 1 year relevant experience (not a must, but added advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal communication.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays

**Salary**: $1,400.00 per month
