Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Social Media & Business Development Executive to join our team. This role requires a creative and strategic individual who can manage our Xiaohongshu (RED) social media presence and drive business development for educational programs, including Educational Tours and NUS SCALE Global Youth Programme.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management (Xiaohongshu)

  • Develop, create, and manage engaging content for Xiaohongshu (RED).
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on trending content and best practices.
  • Grow and maintain the brand's presence on Xiaohongshu, engaging with followers and potential customers.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimise content strategy accordingly.

Business Development (Educational Programmes)

  • Develop and execute strategies to recruit students and partners for Educational Tours and NUS SCALE Global Youth Programme.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, parents, agencies, and corporate partners.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of program execution, including planning, marketing, recruitment, and on-ground coordination.
  • Ensure a smooth and high-quality learning experience for participants.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand our educational offerings.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
  • Experience in content creation and social media management (Xiaohongshu preferred).
  • Background in education, events, or program management.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Minimum 6 months commitment required
