1.Technical Support & Pre-Sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose suitable EV charging solutions.
- Conduct site assessments, prepare technical proposals, and provide detailed product information to clients.
- Assist in creating cost estimates, project timelines, and technical specifications for proposals.
2.Solution Design & Development
- Design and configure EV charging solutions that meet customer requirements, including hardware, software, and network integration.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and best practices in EV infrastructure design.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to development customized solutions
3.Project Management
- Oversee the implementation of EV charging projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Provide technical guidance during installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any technical issues.
4.Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical training, and post-sales support.
- Gather customer feedback and work with the product development team to enhance solutions.
5.Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and competitive landscape in the EV charging industry.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the sales and product teams based on market research and customer interactions.
6.Sales Targets & Reporting
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue and growth targets by contributing to the development of sales strategies.
- Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering & or other relevant Engineering qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the related industry; junior candidate will be considered as well
- Experienced in handling power devices / power electronics / communication modules / electrical wirings
- Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail
- Candidate with sales experience will be an advantage
- Ability to present ideas in a clean & user-friendly way
- Results oriented, self-driven, and a team player
