Content Creative (Short-Form Video & Social Media)

We are looking for a creative and innovative individual well-versed in Tiktok, Reels, videography and photography to join our team as a Content Creative at The Paper Bunny.

At The Paper Bunny, we design fashion and lifestyle pieces that blend form, function, and thoughtful design to impact everyday living. As a Content Creative, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life through engaging short-form videos, social media content, and professional visuals that resonate with our audience.

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Conceptualise, storyboard, shoot, and edit short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media channels, with a focus on fashion and lifestyle content.
  • Produce high-quality video and photo content for brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage video production from ideation to execution, including filming, lighting, and post-production.
  • Work with cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment to create professional yet engaging content.
  • Stay ahead of fashion content trends, viral formats, and social media best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and aspirational.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop content strategies that showcase our products in fresh and engaging ways.
  • Assist in storyboarding, visual direction, and content planning for various brand initiatives.
  • Ensure all content aligns with The Paper Bunny's brand aesthetic and storytelling.

Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Strong experience in video creation, filming, and editing is a must.
  • Background in fashion content creation, social media, within the fashion industry would be ideal.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
  • Skilled in using professional cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
  • A strong eye for aesthetics, styling, and fashion storytelling.
  • Experience creating social media-first content and understanding platform-specific content strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset.
