Job Responsibilities:
- Offering legal counsel and corporate assistance to guarantee adherence to statutory regulations, company protocols, and industry standards.
- Engaging in corporate reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, business partnerships, and financial transactions.
- Managing a range of legal issues such as reviewing commercial contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and resolving legal disputes promptly. Working closely with external legal advisors to effectively handle disputes and legal matters.

Job Requirements:
- Degree in a Law with a minimum of 3 years of corporate commercial experience, preferably within a public listed company.
- Proficiency in civil litigation, corporate governance, and compliance requirements for listed companies is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also required.
Salary range : $4,000.00 to $5,000.00
