Fast Pace working environment
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate closely with clients and maintain long-term business relationship
- Source for new customers and explore opportunities to expand business while maintaining a profitable book
- Business travel required.
- Negotiate both short and long term contracts
- Develop hedging plans to support physical traders to manage market risks
Support commercial/trading team to manage physical exposures, hedges and trade in the oil markets.
Work closely with senior traders to supporting trading operations
**Requirements**:
- Prior related working experience preferred but not a must
- Ability to grasp financial and operational data, Understanding of global oil markets and refining
- Customer-oriented mindset and good negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and self-motivated with confidence
- Strong research background and ability to present data clearly and concisely.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Able to communicate fluently in korean would be an advantage but not a must.
