Fine Art & Craft Teacher / Lead Art Teacher (Permanent part-time)

We are seeking a committed and engaging Fine Art & Craft Teacher / Lead Art Teacher to conduct children's art classes and support light coordination duties. This role is ideal for someone passionate about art education who enjoys working with children in a structured yet flexible co-sharing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate art lessons based on our curriculum
• Guide students in exploring a variety of art techniques and materials
• Set up and tidy class areas before and after each session

Light Coordination

• Prepare basic teaching materials and manage supplies on-site
• Assist with attendance, student transitions, and parent communications
• Ensure shared spaces are used respectfully and returned in good condition

Requirements

• Experience teaching art, especially to children age 3.5–16
• Responsible, punctual, and organized
• Able to work independently in a shared environment
• Comfortable communicating with parents and team members

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Familiarity with multiple art mediums (e.g., watercolor, acrylic, oil pastel)
• Experience coordinating workshops or small group programs

Compensation & Perks

• Hourly rate: based on experience
• Performance bonuses and eligibility for long-term increments
• Fixed schedule within committed days ( Weekday & Weekend )

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
