Job Scope:

  • Conduct outbound calls to leads provided by company
  • Introduce the benefits of company's membership and designation in a professional and respectful manner
  • Explain the referral campaign perks
  • Address basic queries about eligibility, sign-up process, and deadlines
  • Record call outcomes and update lead status in CRM or tracking sheet
  • Follow up with interested leads via WhatsApp or email (templates provided)
  • Escalate complex queries to Member Services team
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company's data protection policies
