Working hours: 9pm - 6am (Night Shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of 30–40 warehouse staff in the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of fresh produce.
- Oversee daily operations including receiving, inventory management, order picking, packing, and timely dispatch to ensure optimal freshness and quality.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, hygiene standards, and compliance with MOM regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to streamline supply chain processes and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse and distribution operations, specifically within the fresh produce sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large team effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, and distribution logistics.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, night shift environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
