As a Manager - Community Relations and Volunteer Management, you will be responsible for the following duties:
-
Strategic Alignment – Develop frameworks that align volunteerism with philanthropy and communication goals.
-
Stakeholder & Volunteer Mapping – Lead mapping efforts across departments to support integrated, impact-driven initiatives.
-
Integrated Program Support – Collaborate with service leads to co-design initiatives that benefit multiple care areas.
-
System & Dashboard Development – Support creation of tools for tracking volunteers, donors, and community engagement.
-
Volunteer Program Design – Create and implement meaningful volunteer programs aligned with the care model.
-
Partnership Building – Grow networks with schools, faith groups, grassroots organisations, corporates, and NGOs.
-
Governance & Policy Development – Establish volunteer governance frameworks, SOPs, and policies aligned with priorities and audit needs.
-
Volunteer Management System – Lead the development of systems to track volunteer engagement and performance.
-
Communications & Advocacy – Drive inclusive volunteerism campaigns and produce impact-driven content with the Comms team.

Resource & Data Management – Identify training needs, manage data for reporting, and ensure efficient use of volunteer and partner resources.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, in any discipline
-
At least 5 years of relevant work experience
