Key Responsibilities

· Identify and engage with policyholders, brokers and advisors to source for qualified whole life and endowment policies to acquire

· Negotiate purchase terms and manage the acquisition process from initial inquiry to closing

· Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth transaction flow

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with agents, financial planners and other partners

· Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sourcing strategies and opportunities

· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets

Qualifications and Requirements

· Minimum GCE 'O' levels

· Proven experience in a sales role

· Strong interpersonal skills and communications skills - comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport quickly

· Naturally sociable and outgoing; enjoys meeting new people and making connections

· Ability to originate deals through a variety of channels

· Skilled at building and maintaining professional relationships and networks

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently

· Confident and persuasive communicator, both in person and over the phone/email

· Comfortable attending networking events and client meetings

· Ability to handle rejection and stay positive under pressure
