We are an established architectural practice seeking a dynamic and experienced architect to take on a Senior / Associate-level leadership role. If you're passionate about leading large-scale, complex projects and thrive in collaborative, high-performance teams — we want to hear from you.

This is a rare opportunity to take the lead on signature developments (project values of SGD $150 million and above), and play a key role in delivering meaningful spaces — including public and healthcare infrastructure that will serve generations.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the full architectural and project lifecycle — from concept to completion — on large-scale, complex developments
  • Serve as the main liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Oversee design coordination and ensure compliance with local regulations and codes
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables in accordance with best practices (e.g., PSSCOC standards)
  • Provide design leadership, mentorship, and quality assurance across project teams
  • Stay ahead of trends and conduct research to drive informed design decisions
What You Bring
  • Degree in Architecture from a recognised institution; BOA registration preferred (for Senior role)
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, including on complex projects valued at SGD $150M+
  • Experience in healthcare or public sector projects highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of local building regulations and project protocols (e.g., PSSCOC)
  • A collaborative and strategic mindset, with the ability to lead diverse teams

Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
