A well-established financial institution is seeking for individual to join its Property Department as Assistant Manager or Assistant Vice President.

Descriptions:

  • Liaison with various contractors for maintenance works for the Company. This involves getting quotations to carry out repair works and also renewal of contracts on maintenance matters.

  • Maintenance of Door Access Control System and PABX system

  • Maintenance of Branches : air-con system, electrical system, sanitary system etcs

  • Renovation of Offices and Branches

  • Renewal of license for signages and electrical installation

  • Servicing of Court Notices (with Sheriff/Bailiff) and repossession of property
  • Monitoring of Construction loan claims, including site visits
  • Provide logistics for departments to relocate to various branches or department
  • Handles cleaning matters
  • Any other duties that maybe assigned from time to time by the Company or Officers acting on behalf of the Company

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Property Management/Facility Management/Real Estate or equivalent qualifications and is a Fire Safety Manager.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in property/facility management
  • Possess good communication and organizational skills, resourceful, positive attitude, good interpersonal skill, able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Required to work on Saturday (when necessary)
