Your Role:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and utility equipment such as pumps, mixers, agitators, fans, valves, and homogenizers.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and utility systems to maximize uptime and ensure smooth production operations.
  • Collaborate with engineers to plan maintenance schedules, allocate resources, and optimize equipment performance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure all work follows safety regulations, EHS standards, and GMP/ISO compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records in SAP and support documentation for project handovers.
  • Respond to after-hours breakdowns as required.

Requirements:

  • Min 3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, utilities, or production engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to read P&ID drawings.
  • Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, or fragrance manufacturing.
