Role Overview

We are seeking a highly resourceful and self-driven Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives working independently, has a passion for AI-enabled productivity, and an interest in leadership, coaching, consulting, organizational development, or psychology. You will play a key role in supporting our marketing activities, content creation, and digital campaigns across both English and Chinese-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling marketing content in both English and Chinese
  • Use AI tools to streamline marketing workflows and enhance productivity
  • Support digital campaigns, social media management, and community engagement
  • Conduct basic research and prepare marketing materials related to leadership, coaching, consulting, and organizational development
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely execution of marketing projects

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Strong interest in leadership, coaching, consulting, organizational development, or psychology
  • Eager to explore and leverage AI tools for marketing and productivity
  • Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours
