About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Strategist to join our dynamic team at ROYAL ORG PTE LTD'. In this full-time, office-based role at our Raffles Place location, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and success.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimise sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of sales initiatives
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
  • Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify and capitalise on new revenue streams and growth opportunities
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate sales performance and strategic recommendations

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in sales strategy and business development, preferably in the Sales industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Proven experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve ambitious targets
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
