Key duties include cooking food to the correct temperature, managing food inventory and preparation tasks, operating cooking machinery, cleaning the kitchen and equipment, and collaborating with other staff to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.

y Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation and Cooking : Washing, cutting, mixing, and measuring ingredients for dishes, then cooking them according to company recipes and standards.
  • Equipment Operation : Safely operating cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, and griddles.
  • Order Management : Reading food order slips or receiving verbal instructions to prepare and cook items for multiple orders simultaneously.
  • Quality Control : Ensuring all food is cooked to the required temperature and meets quality and safety standards.
  • Cleanliness and Safety : Maintaining a clean and organized work area, sanitizing cooking surfaces and equipment, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory and Supplies : Assisting with ordering, receiving, and stocking ingredients and supplies.
  • Teamwork : Collaborating with other kitchen staff and potentially drive-thru operators to meet service goals and ensure smooth operations.
