Responsibilities:
  • Handle guest inquiries and assist in resolving staff or service challenges promptly.
  • Manage inventory counts and ensure timely requisition of mise en place and equipment.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives, including proper handling and prevention of breakages.
  • Manage RSVP manifests, lead guests to tables, and allocate seating efficiently.
  • Welcome guests warmly, build rapport, and ensure a pleasant dining experience from arrival to farewell.

Requirements:
  • Able to work split shifts, weekends, and rotating off days.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Team player with attention to detail and service excellence.

Working Hours:
  • Morning Shift: 7:30am – 4:30pm
  • Afternoon Shift: 12:00pm – 10:00pm

Additional Information:

  • Location: Central
  • Salary: Basic $2,200 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Working Days: 5.5-day work week (rotating shifts)
