**Job Description**:
Working closely with the Asia Executive Board, the global Risk Management team, local BMS coordinators and internal auditors to ensure the Operations Risk Management and Business Management Systems are fully implemented across all Asia operations with an ultimate objective of achieving an internal compliance and assurance framework based on real business needs, high efficiency and value adding principles.
**Business Management Systems (BMS)**
Internal Compliance Systems:
- Drive the implementation of internal compliance systems, including co-ordinating the global initiatives for Asia region where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with stated Key Performance Indicators and Objectives & Targets, including regular monitoring and reporting to key stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate timely delivery of BMS (Business Management System) related projects and activities.
- Provision of BMS support and advise to the Senior Management.
- Coordination of BMS activities on a regional level including provision of support and guidance to local BMS representatives.
- Develop, review and implement procedures, templates and controls related to internal compliance processes.
Auditing:
- Coordinate external audits across Asia operations.
- Coordinate the internal audit process across all Asia operations, including:
- Reporting on internal audit activity
- Liaising with internal auditors
- Assisting with audits where needed
- Organising external and internal training for new auditors
- Mentoring of new auditors
**Risk Management**
- Coordinate contractual risk management process across Asia operations, including:
- Liaison with the global RM team, commission delivery team and senior management.
- Reporting on RM compliance to the Executive Board.
- Supporting contract negotiations.
- Reviewing and approving mitigations
- Developing and implementing RM training programs across Asia operations.
- Coordination of regional risk registers and self-assessments.
**Health & Safety**
- Maintain high level of compliance with the company Health & Safety Management System across all Asia operations.
- Provide advice to the Senior Management and local Health & Safety Coordinators in regard to health and safety.
- Manage injury claims including liaison with relevant authorities, incident investigation and maintenance of injury & incident statistics and related paperwork
**Qualifications**:
- Business degree preferably with major in quality management / risk & assurance
- Internal auditor qualification
- Health & Safety Qualification (Certificate IV or above)
- 10 years' experience in a risk, compliance & assurance role with exposure to a wide range of risk areas (operational, contractual, health & safety, financial etc.)
- Internal auditing experience (5 years)
- Experience in development, implementation and maintenance of internal compliance systems based on ISO principles
- Experience in achieving external ISO accreditation for ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001
