About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented M&A Insurance Broker to join our client.
In this role, you will work closely with corporate clients, private equity firms, and law firms to advise on and place M&A insurance products, including Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) , Tax Liability Insurance , and Contingent Risk Insurance .
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on transactional risk insurance solutions related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end placement of M&A insurance policies, including W&I and other bespoke products.
- Liaise and negotiate with underwriters and insurers to structure and secure optimal terms for clients.
- Work collaboratively with legal, financial, and advisory professionals during deal execution.
- Conduct risk analysis and due diligence reviews to support insurance placements.
- Maintain strong relationships with private equity firms, corporates, law firms, and insurance markets.
- Stay updated on M&A trends, legal developments, and insurance innovations to provide value-added insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the M&A industry, either in corporate law, insurance broking, or investment banking.
- Strong understanding of M&A deal structures and legal documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
