Analyst (Order Processing)

Location: Woodlands

Contract: 1-year

Salary: S$3,500/month

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams regarding order status, delivery schedules, pricing, and product availability.
  • Monitor shipments, deliveries, billing, and backlog activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any order-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing, customer service, or logistics preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment.
