Job Description
About the Role:
- Work directly with the Operations team of the Data Centre Group on a strategic project to develop a comprehensive business playbook for Asia Pacific.
- Conduct deep-dive research and analysis of different service lines, key offerings, business processes, and operational workflows
- Identify business challenges and pain points by engaging with stakeholders across multiple teams and functions
- Collaborate with support functions (HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to integrate insights into the playbook
- Support the design and development of the playbook, ensuring it serves as a one-stop reference guide for the data centre business.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials to share findings and recommendations with senior stakeholders.
About You:
- Strong business acumen with a keen interest in strategy and operations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex ideas clearly
- Collaborative mindset with eagerness to engage stakeholders across different teams.
- Highly driven, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to data analysis or visualization tools is an advantage.
