Our studio is currently looking for a **Game Data Analyst** to join our multi-talented team and help us make data-driven decisions to improve our games. The role will be responsible for collecting, processing, analysing and interpreting game data to inform game design, business decisions, and customer insights. The Game Data Analyst will work closely with game developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations that drive game improvements and business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect and manage game data from various sources, including game logs, user surveys, and analytics tools.
- Process and analyse data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform game design and business decisions.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, data warehouses, and data visualisations to support data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with game developers and designers to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to measure and optimise game performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track game performance, user engagement, and revenue.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to various departments, including marketing, customer service, and product development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in game analytics, and make recommendations for new tools, technologies, and processes to improve data collection and analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative-related field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science etc.
- 2+ years of experience in game analytics or data analysis role, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualisation tools (such as Tableau or Power BI), and Excel.
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for games and a deep understanding of game mechanics and player behaviour.
