**Job Title**: Assistant Finance Manager (West)Job Location: Jurong EastJob Hours: 5 days, 8.30am to 6pm

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee and manage the full set of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, intercompany balances, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts to ensure effective financial planning and liquidity management.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting exercises, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors, addressing audit queries, and providing necessary information.
Prepare and submit quarterly GST (Goods and Services Tax) filings in compliance with regulations.
Provide support in all financial-related matters, offering expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and process improvements.
Participate in ad hoc projects, contributing to the company's financial growth and efficiency.
**Job Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial accounting and management, preferably with experience in handling full sets of accounts.
Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Sound knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
