Task Description:

As part of an experienced Finance team, your responsibilities include:

  • Closing of monthly accounts (P&L, BS, and other monthly closing schedules).
  • Preparing monthly management reports for stakeholders.
  • Providing required financial information/support to business and operations.
  • Presenting to Management team.
  • Preparing BOD meeting materials biannually.
  • Engaging in tax preparation and GST review.
  • Ensuring management reporting and KPI measurement align with HQ guidelines.
  • Conducting annual Forecast and Budgeting, and 5-year planning.
  • Liaising with internal and external auditors.
  • Supporting Operations on tenders, investments, and projects requiring financial modeling.
  • Collaborating with Operations on financial matters such as revenue recognition and leasing commitments.
Technical Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with Hyperion and SAP is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform DCF analysis for business prospects and impairment assessments.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualifications.
  • Over 5 years of experience in Financial Accounting and Business Controlling.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP.
  • Knowledge of Project Costing/WBS settlement is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of accounting, taxation, and statutory standards.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Singaporean only.
