Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Operations Manager to oversee and manage all field operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate will ensure that operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of field staff, ensuring high performance and engagement.

  • Operational Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and execute field operations, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.

  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.

  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all field operations adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.

  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on operational performance, using data to drive continuous improvement.

  • Problem-Solving: Identify operational challenges and develop strategies to overcome them.

Requirement

  • Experience: Approx years in a similar role, with proven experience in managing field operations/ project management

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or a related field

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities

  • Customer/ Service-oriented: Ability to build and maintain good rapport with clients

  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make sound decisions

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using technology and software tools for operational management

  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
