Point72's Operations functions, reporting into the Chief Administrative Officer, are responsible for supporting the firm's critical business functions across multiple teams, including Trade Desk Support, Operational Risk Management, and Regulatory Reporting. - Supporting the firms daily trading activities across global markets, including equities, derivatives, bonds, foreign exchange, and futures
- Leading and participating in cross-functional projects to support strategic initiatives
- Documenting and mitigating operational risks while managing vendor relationships and due diligence processes
- Preparing and overseeing regulatory filings and implementing automation tools to enhance efficiency

Summer Internship Program at Point72
In addition to the learning and development you'll receive in your day-to-day role with your team, as a part of our summer internship program you will:
- Work alongside your fellow interns and be mentored by experienced professionals
- Meet your peers through designated intern programming, volunteer opportunities, and social events
- Attend sessions with senior leaders discussing their expertise and career paths
- Get hands-on access to the wealth of tools and resources that Point72 employees use everyday
- Interact with groups and functions with unique responsibilities and perspectives on our industry
- Develop technical, writing, and presentation skills
- Participate in networking opportunities across the firm
What's Required
- Expected degree from Dec 2026 to August 2027
- Foundational knowledge of international markets, corporate actions, futures, FX and OTC products
- Proficiency in Excel and exposure to technologies such as SQL, Alteryx, or Tableau
- Strong analytical, writing, verbal communication, and technical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the team
- Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity at all times
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards
