JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a Senior Asset Management Analyst to join the expanding team of our client, a Private Equity Real Estate firm.

The Senior Asset Management Analyst will be responsible to support both underwriting and asset management activities across the firm's growing property portfolio.

The incumbent will be assisting with underwriting new acquisitions including rental assumptions and repositioning plans, while supporting due diligence and transaction processes. The incumbent will also work with brokers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth deal execution and asset dispositions.

For asset management, the incumbent will play a key role in enhancing portfolio through strategic planning, leasing initiatives, asset branding, property operations, and ESG strategies. This includes monitoring KPI for assets such as occupancy, expenses, and rental income, preparing reports for stakeholders, reviewing the asset's financial performance and suggest optimization opportunities, monitor the asset revenue streams, and identify cost saving opportunities.

In addition, the incumbent will support budgeting, forecasting, asset valuations, and compliance activities to help optimize asset value and drive sustainable growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting, real estate, or business. Additional relevant certifications such as CFA, CPA, CAIA is good to have.
  • 7 years of experience in investment and asset management role with PERE or real estate industry
  • Proficiency with financial modelling and analysis
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
