Job Description
Our Quality & Risk Management Department disseminates timely and relevant information on developments in legislation and regulations, executes initiatives to manage our risk in a challenging environment. The Internship position involves operating as part of a risk management and compliance team.
The Projects & Operations is looking for highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our team.
As an intern, you will get the opportunity, but not limited to:
- Participates in various process improvement and automation projects
- Liaise with working groups within the department and cross function
- Support in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system set up/enhancement and ensure high level of UAT accuracy
- Assist to liaise with multiple stakeholders/developer to monitor, track and fix UAT issues
- Maintain proper documentation of test results and sign-offs
- Support in updating and ensuring accuracy of information in templates and guidance documents maintained on intranet
- Assist in formatting documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and other presentation documents
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned
The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills
- Patience with an eye for detail
- Ability to multi-task and time management skill
- Initiative to report on work progress
- Technical proficiency in MS word, MS excel, MS powerpoint
- Basic programming knowledge in VBA will be an advantage
