Overview Jan/Feb 2026 System Analyst (HealthTech Associate Programme) – Synapxe is seeking candidates for the Jan/Feb 2026 intake. The HealthTech Associate Programme (HAP) provides a holistic experience to develop technical, professional and soft skills through challenging projects, on-the-job learning and online classroom training within a development framework. We are looking for a System Analyst who can build strong rapport with business users, conduct requirements analysis and provide ongoing application support. A good understanding of hospital processes and workflows is essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Identify business needs by liaising with business stakeholders and analyzing requirements Analyze business requirements specifications and feasibility studies to inform possible solutions Provide analysis to support the development of business cases Assess risk vs. benefits for proposed solutions Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities and help develop alternative solutions to streamline processes Support evaluation of viability and feasibility of process improvements Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work with developers or vendors to ensure requirements are incorporated into system design Act as the liaison between users and technical staff throughout the solution implementation cycle Plan and coordinate end-user training for system implementations or enhancements Provide ongoing application maintenance and 24x7 primary support when applicable Maintain project documentation and monitor progress against schedule About You Pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or related discipline Graduating in Dec 2025Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills Adaptable, proactive and a strong team player Exhibit leadership qualities with good verbal and written communications Passionate about re-imagining the future of HealthTech Seniority level Internship Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
