Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责
  • Take full ownership of Southeast Asia sales strategy and execution, with Singapore as the hub.

  • Drive market penetration across retail, FMCG, lifestyle, and automotive industries.

  • Lead and scale a high-performing regional sales & BD team, from 0–1 and beyond.

  • Build and expand C-level client relationships with multinational and local enterprises.

  • Collaborate closely with HQ leadership (CEO, CTO) to align on global expansion goals.

Candidate Profile / 任职要求
  • 12+ years of B2B enterprise sales leadership experience, ideally in SaaS, AI, MarTech, AdTech, or related fields. To better understand customer needs.

  • Proven track record as the commercial No.1 in SEA (e.g., Sales VP, Managing Director, Country Head, CEO).
