About the Roles

We are looking for a Senior Audit Manager/Audit Director to join a prestigious audit firm in the CBD. This permanent position offers a competitive salary package, including basic pay, AWS, and a performance bonus. Enjoy a 5-day workweek from Monday to Friday, with office hours from 8:45am to 6:00pm, allowing for a great work-life balance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the signing of auditors' reports for statutory audits and assurance engagements in compliance with Singapore Standards on Auditing (SSAs) and the Companies Act.
  • Manage and develop a diverse team of managers and associates, fostering both individual and team growth.
  • Take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of audits, including planning, risk assessments, fieldwork, review, and finalizing reports.
  • Oversee audits, corporate governance, compliance, and enterprise risk management engagements.
  • Lead a team of audit professionals and corporate tax compliance specialists.
  • Manage engagement economics, including budgets, WIP, billing, collections, and variance tracking, while meeting team and individual performance targets.
  • Maintain professional standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Oversee practice management responsibilities such as resource allocation, scheduling, and client billing.
  • Review and finalize audit reports, clearly presenting key findings.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • CA (Singapore) certification and an ACRA-registered Public Accountant status.
  • At least 5 years of experience in audit management and leadership; candidates with relevant experience from the commercial sector are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong technical expertise in accounting and auditing standards, as well as related tax regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams.
