Business Analyst

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of the corporate website revamp and CMS migration.
• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Act as the bridge between stakeholders (business, IT, vendors) to ensure alignment of goals.
• Plan, track, and manage project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Manage vendor engagement, contract deliverables and ensure quality assurance through all phases.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live readiness and post-launch stabilisation.
• Drive change management, communication and training to ensure smooth adoption of the new platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• At least 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management
• Prior experience in CMS implementation or major website revamp projects is essential
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
• PMP, Prince2 or Agile Scrum certification is a plus
